Today is the start of Eating Disorders Awareness Week which runs from the 2nd to the 8th March 2020. It is heavily supported by BEAT, the UK's Eating Disorder Charity who have a lot of supporting material and resources which are all available to you all as carers.
BEAT has compiled handy downloadable resources on Eating Disorders here and include a guide on disorders and tips to spot eating disorders.
BEAT have made resources for those specifically caring for someone with an eating disorder (here) which also includes ongoing support helplines available to you and helpful tips like ways to aid communication with someone who may be suffering from an Eating Disorder-
