Bear Grylls and The Scouts are taking part in Comic Relief (on the 23rd April - Still ongoing) by trying to raise money for those most affected by the Coronavirus. They are asking for young people’s help across the country - all they need to do is hike a mile at home and make a donation and together, the miles and donations accumulated will go to helping those affected by the coronavirus.
Yesterday it was announced from the UK Country Manager for Amazon, Doug Gurr, that Amazon will be providing a lot of free content to all, from free eBooks and audiobooks, Amazon Future Engineer (a free virtual coding programme), family TV shows, fitness content and some Amazon Music.

Oxford Owl have made available a wide range of children’s e-books. From fiction to phonics, myths and legends to traditional stories, there’s a wide range to access below. The site also comes with all the book covers visible to help choose what they would like to read.
Boost your day (or more likely, the young people in you home) by getting them involved with the Daily Wellbeing Bingo – with nine different things to do every day of the week, this can add some mental stimuli and brings a break from the normal day-to-day activities.
