I love our team, the children, the foster carers. I love that I am able to have answers immediately... I love everything that we do for the foster children and the birth children, the days out when we can, the competitions and buying books for them all! Amazing. I love how supportive we were of our foster carers in the lockdown, with extra money, flowers and hampers. I also love that staff with young children were also given money to support their children. Amazing. Training is great.
